- Handful of shredded carrots
- Handful of baby spinach
- Sliced celery
- Sliced cucumber
- Splash of lime juice/olive oil
- Fresh ground pepper
- Avocado slices
- Tortilla wrap
- Spread the hummus on the tortilla wrap.
- Add the ingredients in a thinly spread layer – distribute evenly.
- Roll up the wrap – tightly. Slice into 1-inch-thick rounds. Pop in the lunchbox!
